  Seem pretty good place to me and they so busy, it's my first time boarded my little chihuahuas here because it's close to my house and staff was so nice just last minute that i could not find a babysitter for 2 night, and she never stayed with anyone else before ,except very closed friend so ,they excepted my dog with easy rules asked some information that basically history of dog medication updated, not like another places they needed all whole nine yards !!!! I like it so far will see when I return from my trip to pick my little girl.!!!! Thanks

  I boarded my two dogs here this past weekend. It started with the guy who couldn't find my reservation, and argued with me about having one. After 20 minutes a kid came from from the back spent less than 60 seconds looking and found it. Then when I picked my dogs up, the groomer made it a point to come out and complain that my Yorkie had poop stuck to her butt so bad she had to cut it out, which wasn't there when I dropped my dogs off. So the kennel workers never paid any attention to my dog to see that she isn't walking correctly, I gave them multiple bags of treats, which my dogs got none of. Left them with a 2qt bag of food full, and came back with only a 1/4 of the bag missing. My dogs lost weight while being boarded there. Pretty sure next time I'll find a pet sitter that actually take care of my dogs.

  I have boarded my 2 little dogs here and will gladly do so again. It is clean and doesn't smell bad (like many kennels do). They took great care of my dogs and I have no concerns at all.

  Please do not take your pet to Tails A Waggin. Our dog was boarded there for 2 nights, April 8-10, 2017. Two to three days after we picked him up, he had diarrhea and the next day a cough. They also gave us back the wrong food container, rather than the one we dropped off with our dog. We are not sure if he was given the wrong food or not because we could not get anyone to call us back. We called and asked for the owner or manager, and were told they were not there. We left our name and we still did not recieve a call. We called again, and no call back. After telling a few friends about our experience, they stated that if I had called them first before taking our dog there, they would have strongly discouraged our choice for our dog. We are new to the area so we should have checked. Our dog will have to go on antibiotics if the cough doesn't get better. I will be calling and reporting this and also will be emailing some local vets to pass this on. Don't make the same mistake we did. Our dog is sick and has always been really healthy, the vet said it was the the place we boarded him.

  This is the absolute worst place you could take your cat(s). Although the website looks nice and some of the staff seems knowledgeable, this place is horrible. Do NOT let them attempt to give medicine to your pet, they are not qualified and will hurt your pet. Our cats were so unhappy and so scared there we had to remove them way before we intended. They do not follow specific instructions even if you write it down and speak to multiple staff members. We were highly dissatisfied and disappointed. If you need to board your pet, find a different option.
